Description

Multimineral provides you with no less than all the minerals your body needs to function optimally. It contains organic mineral compounds and more than 70 trace elements.

Minerals are needed for regulation of e.g. muscle and nerve impulses, skeletal strength and blood pressure and include calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and more. Trace elements are the minerals we need in smaller amounts, below 100 mg / day, but which have clear biochemical functions in the body, e.g. iron, zinc, copper and selenium. Most trace elements are included as an active part in various enzymes. The body consists of about 4% minerals, but we can not produce them ourselves, in other words we need to get these substances through our food.

Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function and thereby also control of our movements. They are also building blocks for bones and teeth along with zinc, phosphorus and manganese. Antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress include zinc, selenium, copper and manganese. Copper contributes to normal pigmentation of hair and skin, chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels and is therefore often added to reduce sugar cravings while iron and magnesium help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Usage

1–2 capsules per day, or as recommended. Preferably taken with a meal.
