There is no single right answer to this question, instead there are many different factors that affect the answer. Everyone is unique! We recommend our digital wellness assessment for a personal recommendation. I am not satisfied with the recommendation. What should I do?

I don't know anything about nutrition. Where do I start?

I didn't get the result I expected. What do I do?

I want to add more products to my subscription, how do I do that?
You manage your subscription under Profile and My subscription in the app. Here, you can easily add or remove products at any time, cancel or postpone your next delivery.

Is all the advice free?
Yes!

I want to see a nutritionist in person, is it possible?
We are only available online and offer advice digitally. Our nutritionists are available via chat or via email at info@wellon.se.

Are there any purchase requirements for advice?
No!

I'm not sure what I need, can I do a health test with you?
Knowing your needs for supplements and vitamins can feel difficult, but we want to help you! We offer free digital wellness assessment.

Isn't it difficult to analyse someone's health profile without a physical appointment?

We don't find it difficult. This is thanks to the fact that we ask many questions in our digital wellness assessment. If we want any additional information that we believe is important to be able to give a suitable recommendation, we will contact you.

Delivery

Where's my package?
Have you not received your package within the promised delivery time? Contact us via chat or via email at info@wellon.se. Please be ready with your order number!

How long is your delivery time?
You should have your first delivery within 2-7 working days. Recurring deliveries are sent every 4 weeks.

What delivery methods do you offer?
Postnord varubrev consignment, Bring service point.

My package was damaged when it arrived, what do I do now?
Sorry about that! It must have been damaged during transport.
You're welcome to contact us via email and attach a picture of your damaged package as a basis for a complaint. Of course you should receive your package in perfect condition!

Do I pay for shipping?
No, shipping is free!

Do you have home delivery?
Yes! We offer home delivery with Postnord varubrev in Sweden from the second and the following deliveries.

Do I need to show ID when I pick up my package from an agent?

Return

I would like to return my purchase, is this possible when the products in the subscription are tailored for me?
No, unfortunately not. In the case of goods that are specially made according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch, no right of return/refund applies when buying over the internet.

I want to complain about an item. How do I do this?
If you have received a product in poor condition, we will of course make sure that you get a new one! For fastest handling, attach a picture of the defective item via email below and we will help you with the next steps in the best way.

I forgot to pick up my package and it has now been returned to you. Now what?
No problem! We will contact you as soon as we receive the package in return. We will resend the package to you completely free of charge.

Can I terminate my subscription whenever I want?
Yes! Your subscription runs for 4 weeks at a time. If you want to change, terminate or pause your subscription, you need to do so at least 5 working days before your next delivery. I did not receive an order confirmation
The order confirmation is sent to your email as soon as your order is registered. At peak times these can take a little longer, so we ask you to check your email again in a couple of hours. If you have not received your order confirmation within a few hours and it is not in the rubbish bin, you are welcome to contact us by chat or email.

How and why does Wellon use my personal information?

Where can I find the receipt?
For environmental reasons, we have chosen not to send a receipt, instead everything is sent digitally. Contact us if you wish to have your receipt posted to you, and we will of course arrange it.

I can't place an order and start a subscription, what do I do?
This may be due to various factors. Please wait a moment and try again. If it still does not work, you are welcome to contact us via the forum you prefer, chat or email.

Product safety

Can I take supplements and vitamins if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
In general, there are no risks with supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding as long as you follow the recommendations for daily reference intake. Several vitamins are also important for foetal development. However, there are some supplements that are not recommended if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, and others can affect the foetus, for example, if they are taken in too high a dose. Therefore, we recommend that you always contact a nutritionist or doctor before you start taking supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any complications or illness related to your pregnancy, contact your doctor.

Do you have the opportunity to offer medical advice?
Under current law, Wellon cannot provide advice or treatment regarding certain medical conditions/diseases or injuries. We at Wellon always put our customers' health and well-being in the forefront and therefore recommend that you seek help from a doctor when the need for medical expertise arises.
