Description

Mega B complex is a dietary supplement containing B vitamins. You get all the benefits of having a good supply of vitamin B in the body, in a single capsule. B vitamins are included in many functions in our cells, but we cannot store the vitamin in the body and instead need a perfect intestinal flora for the body to be able to produce vitamin B itself. We thus need to make sure we get these vitamins through diet or supplements. Pantothenic acid (B5), B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Thiamine (B1), niacin (B3), B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function. Niacin (B3) also helps maintain normal skin. Pantothenic acid also contributes to normal mental performance and vitamin B6 to regulate hormone activity.

Usage

1 capsule per day, or as recommended. Preferably taken with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose unless recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
