Description

This product contains digestive enzymes from vegetable sources. It should be taken with meals. The enzymes support digestion, break down the constituents of food and help increase nutrient uptake. Stress is a common reason for stomach complaints because when you are stressed, your body reacts by de-prioritising, for example, digestion and the body's own production of digestive enzymes, which can give you a bloated, upset stomach. During such periods, it can be valuable to add extra digestive enzymes as a supplement.

Usage

1-2 capsules, 3 times a day, or as recommended. Preferably taken with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose unless recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
