Usage

As a cure of treatment: 1 tablespoon a day with a glass of water, or according to the recommendation. Drink immediately after mixing the product. Drink a lot of water throughout the day.

Regular intestinal cleansing: It is suggested to detox periodically 2-4 times a year. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of powder with 1-2 glasses of water.

If you want to support your weight loss: 1 tablespoon 30 minutes before meals, 2 times a day. Each time after taking Detox powder, drink a glass of water, then after 15 minutes drink one more glass of water, then start eating after 15 minutes.

If you have a tendency for constipation: Take 1 tablespoon once a day in the morning. You can add detox powder to your morning oatmeal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose unless recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
