Ashwagandha is a plant that has been used for centuries in eastern natural medicine. It is believed to have adaptogenic properties. It is used to promote balance in the body, good sleep and relaxation. In Ayurveda this plant is used as a rejuvenating aid. This ashwagandha product is a combination of root powder, extract 4:1 and KSM-66 root extract, extracted from the plant Withania somnifera. Ashwagandha is considered a traditional herbal medicine. Usage is resting on long term use and experience.

Usage

2-4 capsules per day, or as recommended. Preferably taken with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose unless recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
