What you need to know.


1-2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon = 2-3 g = 1.8-2.6 g of fiber) resolved in 200 ml of cold fluid, 1-3 times per day. Or as per recommendation. It is important with enough fluid intake as dietary fiber binds fluid and too little liquid can cause the intestine cramp. Psyllium seeds can also be mixed in porridge or smoothies, and can advantageously be used as fiber enrichment when baking.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose unless recommended by your doctor or nutritionist. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
