Probiotics contain lactic acid bacteria from different strains, including lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. Each capsule provides 20 billion lactic acid bacteria from 12 different strains. In addition to lactic acid bacteria, Probiotics also contain fibers in the form of FOS, which act as a food bag for the good bacteria on their way down to the intestine . Once in place in the gut, FOS provides food for the good bacteria so they can multiply. When we take care of our good bacteria, they take care of you. This particular probiotic supplement also contains vitamin C and B2 which, among other things, contribute to maintaining normal mucous membranes and the normal function of the immune system.

1 capsule per day, or as recommended.
