A Hair Trace Mineral Analysis (HTMA) gives a reliable and thorough overview of what your nutrition and mineral status looks like, over time.

The test will give you:

A reliable measurement of more than 36 minerals, trace elements and metals.
An overview of the relation and balance between different nutrients in your body.
An overview of any presence of heavy metals.
An overview of your hormonal/endocrine balance, your metabolic type and how that affects your body

The test is analyzed at a specialized lab with certain equipment for HTMA. The labs follow certain protocols developed by Trace Elements Inc when analyzing the test.

Trace Elements Inc has analyzed over 1 million tests and are very thorough with quality and quality control.

To do a HTMA test:

1. Order a test in our webshop

2. Follow the enclosed instructions on how to take the test

3. Send the test to the lab in the enclosed envelope

Upon purchase of HTMA, one of our nutrition therapists will contact you to schedule a call for a review of your test results. The test results will be back from the lab within four weeks, a written rather professional report, which the nutrition therapist will explain. The review of the test result with the nutrition therapist is free of charge.

If your test results show imbalances and deficiencies, you will get a recommendation on how to get your body in balance again and improve your result. Nutrients like vitamins, minerals and trace elements work together in an intricate way which extensive research has been able to identify. That knowledge is the foundation of your recommendation.
