Dosering: 1–3 tsk, 1–2 gånger per dag med 2–4 dl kall vätska eller enligt rekommendation. Blanda med kall vätska, eftersom värme bryter ner aminosyran, och drick direkt. Störst effekt får du på fastande mage, gärna efter träning eller under långvarig träning. Rekommenderad dos bör ej överskridas. Kosttillskott bör ej användas som alternativ till en varierad kost.
