DigestZym is a dietary supplement containing plant-based digestive enzymes including those found in the human pancreas. The product gives you protease, amylase and lipase. In addition, DigestZym contains co-factors including vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and L-glutamic acid. Digestive enzymes activate chemical reactions in the body and are essential for the body to break down food and absorb nutrients.
