Flow contains a unique combination of nutrients and a patented plant extract. The plant extract includes green coffee beans, green tea, turmeric, tart cherries, blueberries, broccoli and kale. In addition to the amino acids arginine and citrulline, vitamin C is also included in the supplement. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy turnover and protects the cells against oxidative stress.
