Usage

1 serving bag (5.2 grams) daily with meals. Combine with fat from meal eg. Avocado, olive oil, butter or add a teaspoon of olive oil for better uptake.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake/dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
